In reading the books below, we can change our perspectives on what we believed about ourselves and the world around us, we can change our priorities and daily habits, we can take on new challenges and goals because of these ideas, authors, scientists, and leaders.

Through learning more about the brain and why we do what we do, it becomes clear that we cannot only focus on how we think about things, but we have to take our whole body and mind interaction into account. When we work with our body and brain, we also perform better in other essential areas of life and the changes we make in the way we treat our body and brain can lead to tremendous changes in our lives.
